Daniel Dubrovsky
As the son of a Viennese family of musicians, Daniel Dubrovsky began playing the horn at the age of 8. After graduating from the Vienna Music High School, his studies took him to the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz and the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin. There he studied with Prof. Marie-Luise Neunecker from 2017 and with Prof. Sibylle Mahni since fall 2020.

He regularly plays with orchestras such as the Kammerakademie Potsdam, the ORF Radio Symphony Orchestra Vienna, the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, the Brandenburg State Orchestra Frankfurt and has been a member of the Anhaltische Philharmonie Dessau since October 2021. His enthusiasm for the field of historical performance practice led him early on to the natural horn and ensembles such as the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, Les Musiciens du Louvre Grenoble and the Bach Consort Wien.
Daniel Dubrovsky is a member of the Zermatt Festival Academy and the Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra. He is also a scholarship holder of the Villa Musica Rheinland-Pfalz, the Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Berlin association and the Deutschlandstipendium.
